Angus beef cattle are naturally grazed and fed with our grain feed for 150-200 days, and marbling score can reach M3-5 or higher. According to the customer's special requirements, we can also adjust the feeding time and method.
We have been supplying the MARBLE MASTER series to hundreds of local restaurants in New Zealand and exporting to overseas market for several years.
YEARLING MASTER
Young angus cattle are fed with a mixture of natural grass and our multiple nutrient feeds. The young cattle leave the pen around 12 months old.
The YEARLING MASTER series combines the nutritional value of grass-fed beef with the excellent taste of grain-fed beef, and the smaller product size also opens up more possibilities for cooking.
